In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr78" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pkr78.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and software.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a pkr78 account or is accessing the platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the pkr78 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's pkr78 Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through the pkr78 platform.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which use of the pkr78 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr78. By registering an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the pkr78 platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

pkr78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material amendments are made, pkr78 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a pkr78 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr78 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any stage of account operation.
• You are acting as a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or partnership) on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing pkr78 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the pkr78 platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You are not classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or subject to sanctions that would render your participation in online gaming unlawful.

pkr78 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of any associated balance pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) pkr78 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address (where requested), and your date of birth. pkr78 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pkr78 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. pkr78 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

pkr78 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, location, and payment method at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during account operation. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits to your pkr78 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr78 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your location: JazzCash Mobile Account, EasyPaisa Mobile Account, Raast Instant Payment System, and direct bank transfers from participating Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your Account verification status.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your pkr78 Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Raast transfers typically complete within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

You warrant that all funds deposited to pkr78 are from legitimate sources and belong to you. pkr78 does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting another person's funds into your Account, is strictly prohibited. pkr78 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant regulatory authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) to a payment method registered to their pkr78 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier level and Account verification status. Diamond VIP members may negotiate individual withdrawal limits with their dedicated account manager.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with pkr78's compliance team in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

pkr78 may require full KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to be submitted and approved before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and applies to all players. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements. pkr78 targets faster processing for Gold and Diamond VIP tier members.

pkr78 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately to your real-money Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person or account.
• pkr78 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in Account suspension.

All games offered through the pkr78 platform are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules prior to placing real-money bets.

All pkr78 games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on audited data.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that results in a disputed game outcome, pkr78 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error are not payable and may be removed from a Player's Account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or, for live dealer games, on the table information panel. pkr78 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr78 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one pkr78 Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to exploit game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity or attempting to use pkr78 for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or errors in any pkr78 game or system for financial gain. Any such exploitation discovered by pkr78 will result in the voiding of all associated winnings.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions or responsible gaming limits set by yourself or applied by pkr78.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkr78 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false identification documents, false age verification information, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.

All pkr78 Players have immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon saving. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over a defined period, after which your account will be restricted from further betting until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pkr78 platform. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion removes your access indefinitely.

pkr78 strictly prohibits gaming by persons under the age of 21 years. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance refunded.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr78 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any pkr78 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr78 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the pkr78 platform, however caused.

pkr78's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

pkr78 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and circumstances beyond pkr78's reasonable control may affect platform availability. pkr78 shall not be liable for losses incurred by Players as a result of such interruptions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr78 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority.

By using pkr78, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from your use of the platform shall be conducted exclusively in the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall affect pkr78's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

pkr78 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pkr78 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via push notification, in-platform message, or communication to the Player's registered mobile number.

The revised Terms & Conditions will be identified by the updated "Last Updated" date published at the top of this page. Players who do not agree with any amended Terms should cease using the pkr78 platform and may request account closure by contacting pkr78 support via live chat at any time.
